Hope.
Where is there true hope in this world? There are many false hopes that mislead us and don't last. This world itself seems it will not last much longer. Our lives here are drops of mist, we don't have much time to meet God on His terms and learn our purpose for Him who creates worlds with a word. Reminders that there is no real hope in this world are actually a blessing so we might seek the God of Genesis chapter one while there is time for it.
Notice how hopeless the world is in Genesis 1:2 after God initially created it, then exactly the first thing God does about it, how Good that is, and how He provided it.

08/03 Yippee !
Yes, your servant is still working on this site. As of Friday I am formally retired (but still partly employed as a computer nerd). Hostgator.com is an excellent way to host a website. Today via chat they helped me fix about four passwords I had confused, and without erasing anything. Whew!
Also I was able to install a JOURNAL section, and a FORUM section. Now I need to learn the nerd stuff about making them work. They are actually there but need some cosmetics and to be truly connected from the rest of TheTruthLover.
I haven't totally neglected the Genesis project. My pastor has asked me to write an article from which he hopes to teach other pastors about how to discern lessons from Scripture. I have been working on that but not publishing here.
Tomorrow my wife and I are bound for New York, Greenland, Iceland, and then Scotland. So I will have three weeks between cruising things to get more visible stuff happening on TheTruthLover.com.

We still have lots of cosmetic and substantial things to do with TheTruthLover.com. We want a good banner, a forum, a journal / blog along with the content that most needs publishing: How wonderful it is that God first reveals the light of day.

Immediate plans & Thru The Bible radio concerning Genesis.
Our immediate plans are to develop a web page about Hope and another about Holy. When those are up to par, I believe we will be ready to make this site noticeable for its content.
Hope is what this world does not have, it can only be found in what Scripture says about the character of God, and then seeking God Himself in the pages of Scripture.
